👩🏫 Teacher Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach developmentally appropriate and engaging lessons
- Create a nurturing, structured classroom environment
- Maintain classroom routines and positive behavior expectations
- Observe, assess, and document student progress
- Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
🧩 Aide Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers with daily lessons and activities
- Assist with classroom management and supervision
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
- Foster positive relationships with students and families
- Assist during transitions, meals, and restroom breaks
📋 Requirements:
- Teachers: Bachelor’s degree in Education (minimum)
- Aides: Associate’s degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Experience working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
